Congratulations! What a fabulous marketing and good news story - and great for the South Simcoe area!
Way to go Pat! Nice to see Jonathan working with you too! I’m glad your Dad sent me this link because I would never have known. (I curl on Wednesday nights so that’s why I missed it) Congratulations on your success and this real cool news piece!! Keep up the great work.
Great Job Pat and all who helped to get this going!!
It’s must be nice to be part of the solution………………………….
Best Wishes for you future success.

Special thanks to Sharon Posius and A Channel News for taking an interest in us and helping us with our mission!
We would also like to show our appreciation to Amanda Sutton of Catalyst Communications for putting together a wonderful news release and following it through to execution.
We are also thankful to all those who watched the broadcast and have acted today by bringing us your old electronics and helping us become part of the solution!
This is amazing! Great work guys
In retrospect, I have some degree of regret that I wasn’t able to provide commentary of experiences during my employment with the business thus far - but as my dialogue problems have always been unpredictable, I felt the risk may have proven great if I were to be interviewed for TV. I’m glad Craig was able to provide some employee insight though. That sneak peek at my dismantling was pretty good too I must say.
Thanks for posting the video.
I really enjoyed the “A” Channel story. Congratulations to the entire staff team at Thriftopia for the valuable work you are doing on behalf of our environment. You are leaders in a very important field and it is particularly gratifying to see this effort happening in Barrie.

Very good news story, and Congratulations to Pat, Tammy and John and all the Employees of Thriftopia.com
You have certainly created an ‘awareness’ to both re-directing unused items from our land- fills, but also the benefits of hiring people with barriers to employment!
Good for you………this is such a worthy pursuit!!
